Cancellation Policy: Registration and accommodation
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received before 2 May 2024 will be entitled to the amount paid, except for a 20% administration fee. Refunds will be made after the congress. Cancellations received after 2 May 2024 will not entitle to a refund.
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation LO 15/99 on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the information you provide will be included in a database under the responsibility of the Spanish Association of Endodontics (AEDE). This information will be used exclusively for promotion and other activities related to the Congress. By filling in this form you authorise the Spanish Endodontics Association (AEDE) to use your personal data. You have the right to modify or delete your data. In this case, you must send a letter to our offices.
